Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to keep building our future! **What are we looking for?** A professional capable of executing optimized and integrated programming activities and monitoring progress across all operation and maintenance activities, to ensure compliance with defined programs, thereby achieving maximum efficiency in the use of human and material resources, minimizing production losses, operational costs, accident risks, and in accordance with applicable technical, legal, and regulatory requirements regarding Quality, Safety, and Environment. **What do we value as differentiators?** * Education: Graduates in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields. * Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in the same position or related areas. * Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, AI tools. * Competencies: Teamwork, initiative, adaptability, safety awareness, and operational excellence. **What will be your main challenges?** * Generate and review the integrated and optimized program for the various services performing activities within their area of influence; assigning—where applicable—resources for immediate emergency response in accordance with defined procedures. * Monitor execution of scheduled tasks to reduce non-productive time (waiting and stoppages) by contracted services. * Coordinate and maintain fluid communication with involved parties (production, plants, CMASS, logistics, warehouses, engineering, or others) during program execution, to ensure timely delivery of equipment and facilities when tasks need to be performed, minimizing costs and non-productive time. * Analyze and assign required resources (labor, materials, spare parts, and services) for scheduled tasks, while also maintaining a work-hour balance for resources to track location and occupancy, ensuring efficient use of available resources. * Verify existence and availability of materials in stock, reserve them for scheduled tasks to support proper resource management and availability, and report material shortages. * Agree upon and define priorities for executing requested tasks based on asset criticality, legal and safety requirements, operational needs, and resource availability, to support task execution aligned with organizational needs and objectives. * Monitor current and scheduled backlog to optimize resource usage, supporting timely execution of work impacting legal, safety, environmental, production, and high- and medium-criticality equipment requirements. * Execute and report activities inherent to the role in accordance with the “Schedule and Monitor Operations” process, policies (Integrity and Maintenance, Safety, Environment), and other applicable technical, legal, and regulatory requirements. * Adopt and implement necessary measures during emergencies to protect personnel and facility safety, per Emergency Plans and related procedures. **Position Information** * **Work Location**: Central Offices Neuquén. * **Work Schedule**: 5x2\.
