Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with experience in critical Oil & Gas assets to lead teams and reliability strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Promote technical development and operational excellence. **Tecpetrol** is looking to hire a **Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor** for the **Los Toldos 2 Este field**. We seek candidates with experience in critical Oil \& Gas assets—particularly reciprocating compressors, multistage pumps, and gas turbines—who can manage teams, contractors, and reliability strategies at one of the region’s most important energy developments. We are targeting **Mechanical Engineers, Electromechanical Engineers, or related disciplines**, with industrial maintenance experience and team leadership experience within the Oil \& Gas, energy, or industrial process sectors. ***Key Challenges:*** * Lead and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for critical mechanical equipment. * Ensure availability and reliability of production and compression assets. * Manage performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Develop maintenance and reliability strategies to maximize equipment performance. * Coordinate specialized contractors and suppliers under the highest safety and quality standards. * Lead failure analyses and root cause investigations. * Participate in expansion projects, commissioning, and startup of new facilities. * Promote technical development of work teams and a culture of operational excellence. * Ensure compliance with mechanical integrity and asset management standards. **Experience in the following areas will be valued:** * Ariel reciprocating compressors. * Multistage pumps used in fracturing and water pumping. * Solar gas turbines. * Critical rotating equipment in Oil \& Gas. * Vibration analysis and condition monitoring. * Mechanical failure diagnosis, laser alignment, and balancing. * Mechanical integrity and asset management. * Commissioning and startup of industrial facilities. ***Information:*** * Required education: Mechanical Engineering; Electromechanical Engineering; Others * Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance supervision or leadership roles. Experience in the Oil \& Gas industry, electric power generation, or continuous-process industrial facilities. * Proficiency in SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems. * Valid driver’s license. * Work schedule: **Monday to Friday** * Work location: **Los Toldos 2 Este \| Rincón de Los Sauces** * Country of work: Argentina (AR)
