We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help **build the intelligence layer that powers personalization**, **marketing optimization**, and growth across the entire customer journey. This role sits at the **intersection of Data Science and Marketing**, developing machine learning models that impact **millions of customers** across web, app, CRM, and paid media channels. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen. ### **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and deploy **machine learning models** to improve personalization, conversion, and user engagement. * Translate business problems into **analytical solutions and scalable models**. * **Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams** to identify opportunities where Data Science can deliver incremental value. * Ensure models are **robust, explainable**, and integrated into real-world business processes. * **Continuously monitor model performance** and identify opportunities for improvement. ### **Requirements:** * Students or graduates in **quantitative disciplines**, such as Systems Engineering, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics (postgraduate studies are a plus). * **At least 2 years of experience in Data Science**, Machine Learning, Marketing Science, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of **statistics and machine learning techniques**. * Proficiency in **Python, SQL**, and modern data analysis and modeling tools. * Experience building **predictive models, recommendation systems, or optimization algorithms**. * Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and incremental lift measurement. * Experience working with **cloud environments and production-deployed models** is a plus. * Experience in **travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale digital products** is highly valued.
