It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. **Required:** * University degree in a relevant discipline. * Preferably certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate in Project Management (APM), or equivalent certification. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience:** * Solid understanding of technical scopes of work and commercial aspects of projects. * Ability to use contractual conditions to support decisions related to schedules, key milestones, and change management. * Extensive practical and applied knowledge of specifications and standards. * Extensive experience delivering outputs to internal clients, including other engineering disciplines. * Familiarity with change management practices and ability to robustly manage change. * Expert knowledge of standards, procedures, and work practices; adherence to project execution flowcharts; development of technical and project execution competencies. * Expert ability to apply procedures and practices defining and governing Engineering Management and Project Engineering deliverables. * Ability to lead a Project Engineering team and manage coordination among different engineering disciplines. * Strong communicator contributing to directing work efforts; motivates the team; maintains a positive, active, and proactive attitude in seeking solutions. * Competent in managing technical matters and interfaces with third parties. * Ability to manage and improve performance, as well as build effective teams.
