Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform to lead the design and development of our data platform, centralizing strategic information. Key Highlights: 1. Evolve product reporting and analytics capabilities At **Humand**, we help companies digitize their internal communication, culture, and human resources processes in one place. **Would you like to be part of the digital revolution in technology?** We are looking for a **Senior Software Engineer \- Data Platform** with experience in **Data Architecture and Data Engineering** to **lead the design and development of our data platform**. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a solution that centralizes information from internal systems, databases, and tools such as HubSpot, Stripe, Amplitude, and Redash, building a Single Source of Truth for the company's strategic metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product Engineering team to evolve the product’s reporting capabilities, enabling new analytical features and services that allow our customers to access and consume their data from Business Intelligence tools. ️ **Key Responsibilities:** * Design the data platform architecture for Humand. * Develop and integrate data from internal systems, databases, APIs, and tools such as HubSpot, Stripe, Amplitude, and Redash. * Build and evolve the Data Warehouse and necessary pipelines to consolidate and transform business data. * Model and automate strategic metrics, ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BizOps, and Finance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Evolve the platform to support reporting, analytics, and integration with external Business Intelligence tools. ️ **What We Value:** * \+7 years of software development experience. * Experience designing and building data platforms or Data Warehouses. * Experience in Data Architecture, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, and TypeScript. * Experience integrating multiple data sources via APIs, databases, and SaaS tools. * Knowledge of data transformation and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airbyte, or similar). * Proven experience working in an AI\-First environment where AI is used to increase your work efficiency. * Autonomy, strong technical judgment, and passion for designing scalable solutions that drive impact across the organization. **Join the Humand team and help us transform the future of work!** Our **mission** is to empower people at work to make them happier and more successful.
