Your mission will be to design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines that integrate multiple sources, ensuring that our organization is driven by accurate, timely, and secure information. This role is fundamental to our data ecosystem supporting the organization's strategic growth and data\-driven decisions. **In this role, you’ll** * Design, develop and take ownership of scalable and efficient data pipelines to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources (both real\-time and batch processing), implementing Data Engineering best practices. * Build and manage highly available, scalable, and secure data processing infrastructure in the cloud (Azure \& AWS). * Architect the data warehouses, implement advanced features, data migration to snowflake and manage data sharing. * Optimize and monitor complex data workflows, troubleshooting bottlenecks, tuning SQL queries, and ensuring efficient use of cloud resources, low\-latency and reliable data delivery. * Partner with BI analysts, data scientists, software engineers to understand complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. * Implement, maintain, and automate robust ELT/ETL processes, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and low\-latency delivery. * Automate and document data flows to improve maintainability and transparency. * Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks, including data masking, encryption, and adherence to regulatory standards. * Monitor and maintain the data infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost optimization (Cloud Infrastructure/Snowflake compute cost optimization). * Document data flows to improve knowledge transfer, transparency, and maintainability **What we look for in an exceptional candidate** * 5\+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering, focusing on building, scaling, and managing complex data pipelines and architectures. * Deep, hands\-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform, comfortable with warehouse sizing, clustering, query optimization, and Snowflake's native features. * Strong experience working with cloud ecosystems, preferably Microsoft Azure and AWS for data storage, processing, and management. * Expert\-level proficiency in SQL. Strong programming skills in Python for building scalable data applications. Experience with Knime is highly valued for our specific tech stack. * Deep understanding of modern data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling best practices. * Knowledge of DevOps principles applied to data (DataOps). Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration tools to manage and scale data infrastructure. * Experience integrating data with BI tools like Power BI.
