The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical foundation paired with technical expertise and exceptional communication skills. This role involves leveraging data to drive insights and inform decision\-making, particularly in product analytics or data science environments with a focus on delivering measurable results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute cross\-functional initiatives to standardize data, increase data accessibility, and promote data\-driven decision\-making * Analyze and communicate findings to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner * Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate A/B tests for product and business experiments * Create and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations to support both operational and strategic decision\-making * Conduct advanced deep\-dive analysis to uncover insights and provide explanations for observed outcomes * Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and knowledge sharing * Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions that address key challenges * Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to enhance data visibility and usability **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a SaaS business * Advanced proficiency with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets * Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Looker with LookML, with familiarity in Tableau or PowerBI as a plus * Hands\-on experience with Python for data processing and analysis * Experience with DBT and data modeling frameworks * Ability to think strategically and proactively identify and address business challenges using data * Strong sense of ownership, capable of independently initiating and managing projects from start to finish * Skilled at interpreting complex datasets and extracting actionable insights to guide decision\-making * Adept at identifying patterns and translating business questions into effective analytical solutions * Demonstrates a problem\-solving mindset and stays informed about the latest data analysis methodologies * Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with experiment design and A/B testing methodologies * Familiarity with documentation and version control tools such as GitHub, Atlan, or Confluence * Knowledge of data science libraries such as pandas, polars, and scikit\-learn (sklearn)
