You will work closely with senior analytics leaders and partners across Pricing, Finance, Operations, Product, and Underwriting to solve complex business challenges, uncover actionable insights, and support analytical frameworks that inform key decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical professional looking to expand their experience in predictive modeling, business performance measurement, and quantitative problem solving in an environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Support advanced analytics initiatives across Disability pricing, business performance, projections, and operational effectiveness. * Create and maintain predictive models, statistical analyses, and analytical frameworks that support business decision\-making. * Assist with treatment/control and quasi\-experimental analyses to measure the impact of business initiatives. * Contribute to cost\-benefit analyses, forecasting exercises, and business case assessments that support strategic priorities. * Develop and monitor performance indicators, early warning signals, and driver analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities. * Apply established model governance, validation practices, and analytical standards to ensure quality and reliability. * Coordinate with business stakeholders and reporting teams to support dashboard enhancements, metric development, and analytics delivery. * Support ongoing model maintenance, refreshes, monitoring, recurring reporting, and analytical deliverables while identifying opportunities to improve existing approaches. * Summarize analytical findings into clear insights, visualizations, and business\-ready recommendations. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative discipline. * 3\+ years of experience in data science, analytics, actuarial science, or a related quantitative field. * Strong analytical and quantitative problem\-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with large and complex datasets. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using analytical programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. * Experience applying statistical methods, predictive analytics, machine learning, or quantitative modeling techniques to business problems. * Progress toward an *Associate of the Society of Actuaries* (ASA) designation or equivalent quantitative analytical experience. * Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights for technical and non\-technical audiences. * Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience within insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or other data\-intensive industries. * Exposure to actuarial pricing concepts, experience studies, underwriting analytics, or financial modeling. * Experience using *Alteryx* to prepare, transform, and analyze data. * Familiarity with *Power BI* or similar visualization tools to build, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions. * Experience with cloud\-based data environments such as *Databricks* or other large\-scale data platforms. * Exposure to predictive modeling techniques including GLMs, classification models, segmentation, or time series analysis. * Experience supporting model documentation, governance, validation, or regulatory compliance processes. * Ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and develop analytical solutions to complex business challenges.
