We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To address the connectivity and service quality requirements of various internal company sectors involving both internal and external customers. **Your main challenges will be:** * Respond to requests to **redesign and optimize** services experiencing quality issues. * Manage the **obsolescence plan** for technology replacement to improve the experience of internal and external customers while maintaining quality standards. * Perform **fixed-service migrations** arising from site relocations or backbone restructuring, collaborating with other departments. * **Develop and document** the technical solution \- logic of services to be created or modified. * **Survey** customer networks, technologies, and services. * **Generate, facilitate, and coordinate** tasks performed by departments involved in the customer service implementation process. * **Negotiate and coordinate** actions with end customers and other interested departments within the company. * Conduct **planning, monitoring, and closure** of fixed-service migration projects. **What we require from you:** * Completed degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of networking, LAN and WAN networks, GPON networks, point-to-point radio links, SDH transmission, TDM and IP telephony. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate is a plus. * Project management experience is desirable. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, autonomy in task execution, teamwork capability, and customer interaction skills. * Simplicity in thinking and execution. * Service-oriented mindset. **This position is based in:** Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires
