Among these talents, we are seeking a **Power BI SSR Developer**. *Specifically, what we’re looking for:* Experience in: **Technical Requirements:** * **Power BI experience**: Creating interactive dashboards, custom reports, data modeling, and query optimization. * **Proficiency in DAX**: Solid knowledge of functions and formulas for advanced calculations. * **Data Modeling**: Normalization, relationships between tables, and optimization for efficient visualization. * **Data Source Connectivity**: Experience integrating multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.). * **Understanding of ETL**: Use of tools such as Power Query for data transformation. * SQL for complex queries and transformations. * (Optional) Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. * Experience integrating Power BI with other platforms (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
