Main responsibilities include: * Providing JDE 9.2 Functional Support: * User Support: On\-site or remote Help Desk assistance. * Ticket tracking and management. * User training and capacity building. Incident and/or request analysis and resolution. * Evaluation of improvements; creation of user guidance documents. QA for improvement and evolutionary processes. Configuration of objects, reports, and views. * Drafting functional documentation for technical teams. * Collaboration on internal implementation projects. * Analysis of accounting accounts; reconciliation discrepancies between modules and general ledger. Review of failed batches. Cross\-referencing tables. * Review of issues in Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Fixed Assets. Experience with JobCost, Budget, and Forecast is valued. **Requirements** -------------- Who are we looking for? Graduates or students pursuing degrees in Public Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Information Systems, with at least three years’ experience in similar roles within multinational service companies, fluent in English. A minimum of three years’ experience as a JDE Functional Analyst on JDE 9.1 or 9.2 is required, specializing in Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, AF). Strong analytical skills and excellent internal customer service orientation. Experience in Distribution, Procurement, and Inventory modules is highly valued. Basic technical knowledge: SQL proficiency (mandatory), Fat Client, OMW, Orchestrator, Bipe, and tools related to Argentina localization (tax solutions, FCE, etc.).
