Opportunity for analytical and organized professionals Job Description: **We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst!** At Zeni, we are hiring a Senior Functional Analyst to join our Technology / IT department, participating in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of critical systems and in the continuous improvement of our core applications. Role Objective: Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, acting as a liaison between business areas and the development team, supporting the evolution of existing systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Gathering and analysis of functional requirements * Functional documentation (use cases, workflows, business rules) * Analysis of incidents and evolutionary changes * Tracking and validation of requirements with users * Support during functional testing (UAT) * Functional support to development and testing teams **Requirements:** * 3–6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role * Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science or related fields * Experience with management systems or core systems * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Redmine, Confluence, or similar * Intermediate SQL knowledge * Technical English ➕ Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of financial, accounting, or agro-industrial systems; agile methodologies; and familiarity with REST APIs.
