Collaborative, results-driven team culture **Data \& Automation Analyst** Remote (LATAM) We are seeking a sharp, detail\-oriented Data \& Automation Analyst to help us work smarter across every department. You will analyze data to inform business decisions, design and implement process automation, and test automated solutions to ensure optimal performance. This is a role for someone who loves turning messy workflows into streamlined systems—and who gets excited about finding patterns in data that unlock real efficiency gains. **Key Duties \& Responsibilities** 1\. Data Analysis \& Reporting * Collect, clean, and analyze data from across the business to surface actionable insights and identify trends. * Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision\-making for leadership and cross\-functional teams. * Monitor key performance metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities for improvement. 2\. Process Automation * Identify repetitive, manual workflows across departments and design automation solutions to eliminate inefficiencies. * Build, implement, and maintain automated processes using relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Python, Google Apps Script, or similar). * Document all automation workflows to ensure scalability and team\-wide adoption. 3\. Testing \& Quality Assurance * Rigorously test all automated solutions to validate accuracy, reliability, and performance before deployment. * Conduct ongoing audits of existing automations to ensure they remain functional and aligned with evolving business needs. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated workflows as they arise. 4\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration * Partner with operations, marketing, finance, and fulfillment teams to understand pain points and translate them into data\-driven solutions. * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Support the implementation of new tools and systems that improve team\-wide efficiency. **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience in data analysis, process automation, or a similar analytical role. * Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Python, Google Apps Script, or equivalent). * Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large data sets. * Analytical mindset with excellent problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus). * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. **What We Offer** * Fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America. * Competitive compensation in USD. * Opportunity to grow with a fast\-scaling DTC skincare brand. * Collaborative, results\-driven team culture.
