Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Systems Auditor for a leading insurance company, focused on risk assessment, technological controls, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Propose tangible improvements to internal controls and draft technical reports. ### **We are looking for a Senior Systems Auditor who combines analytical thinking, business insight, and passion for continuous improvement** At FYG Consultoría, we are supporting a key initiative for a leading insurance company: hiring a **Senior Systems Auditor**, with a focus on risk assessment, technological controls, and regulatory compliance. This role will be critical to strengthening the internal control model by identifying improvement opportunities across the technology infrastructure, mission-critical business applications, and information security. ### **What will be your challenge?** Participate in defining the Annual IT Audit Plan, assessing risks and prioritizing critical processes. Design and execute audits of infrastructure, applications, telecommunications, and security. Collaborate on regional thematic audits alongside the global IT Audit team. Analyze processes and systems holistically, proposing tangible internal control improvements. Draft clear technical reports with actionable recommendations. Support follow-up on audit findings, providing assistance to involved teams. Prepare reports and presentations for the Audit Committee, Senior Management, and the global team. ### **What do we value in your profile?** **Experience**: +3 years in Systems Auditing, preferably within the financial or insurance sector. In-depth knowledge of: * Technology infrastructure * Operating systems * Telecommunications * Databases * Application development and management * Information security and general IT controls **Tools and frameworks**: ️ Standards: COBIT 5, ITIL, NIST ️ SQL language, query usage ️ Audit tools: ACL, IDEA (desirable) ️ BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView (valuable) **Education**: Completed university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field. Additional training in Information Security or certifications such as **CISA** will be highly valued. **Languages**: Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory for collaboration with headquarters). ### **What kind of person are we looking for?** Proactive and solution-oriented profile, with initiative to identify and address risks. ️ Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
