Know how to build with others and enjoy working in teams. * Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects **and being responsible for:** * Providing management information and analyzing P&L variations and deviations to optimize decision-making for the Marketplace business, and establishing monthly and quarterly controls for SOX compliance. * Analyzing the accounting close for revenue categories within the Marketplace business unit. * Collaborating closely with Operations and Business teams, providing information to support claims and improve developed control dashboards. * Leading and monitoring information and control workflow automation projects, and designing performance indicators and monitoring reports to identify potential inconsistencies. Reporting detected deviations timely, performing integrity checks and identifying potential issues to mitigate them through automated Business Intelligence reports. * **Requirements:** * Be a graduate in Economics or related fields. * Have knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX 404 regulations. * Have 4 years of experience in similar positions. * Have experience in accounting, SOX controls, management analysis, as well as in automation projects and process improvements focused on building business metrics.
