An important facilities company is looking for a **Facility Manager**. We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible individual with knowledge and **experience** in **Facility Management** and **maintenance of industrial and building facilities**. Responsibilities: *Customer Interaction*: Work closely with the client, identify and present improvement opportunities, assist in planning and developing management indicators. Contract management. Interaction with the Company: Plan and supervise the client's maintenance services, ensuring proper operation of facilities. Provide support to team leads in organizing daily tasks for operators, ensuring established procedures are followed and that deadlines and quality standards are met. Provide commercial department with quotation requests, resource valuations, and third-party costs. Streamline validation processes. *Service Quality:* Conduct regular site visits across different clients and areas, validate customer satisfaction levels and service perception, ensuring conditions remain optimal. Development and Training: Implement validation systems, feedback mechanisms, and reporting; manage training and ensure staff certifications are up to date. *Management of Materials and Equipment:* Support the appropriate use of materials and equipment required for tasks by managing a defined maintenance plan. Purchase requests, supplier research, negotiation, and selection. *Reports and Documentation:* Prepare periodic reports on task progress, operator performance, and any relevant incidents. *Environmental and Safety Responsibilities:* Become familiar with environmental aspects and risks related to occupational health and safety, as well as environmental impacts and associated hazards.
