Responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT, cloud, and application infrastructure required for automated provisioning of telecommunications services, including networking and cybersecurity definitions. Primary focus is on support—ensuring platform availability and monitoring incidents related to neutral network platforms. Secondarily, responsible for managing, controlling, and implementing various projects within agreed timelines. Our teams support each other daily through connections and collaboration, enabling us to grow together. * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications-oriented infrastructure roles. * Advanced English; Portuguese preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Experience in customer service and vendor management. * Familiarity with performance metrics, QoS, and SLAs. * Knowledge of the ETOM model (TM Forum) and API implementation (REST/SOAP APIs). * Mandatory Postman proficiency. * Operating system management: Windows and Linux. * Database management (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MongoDB). * AWS service management. * DevOps platform management (GitHub or Bitbucket, Automation, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). * Scripting and Python knowledge. * Lead and manage vendors to ensure proper operation of IT infrastructure. * Contribute to drafting technical specifications required for procurement processes involving solutions and/or equipment/solution vendors. * Serve as escalation point for NOC issues related to IT infrastructure failures and/or performance that cannot be resolved by prior support tiers. * Actively manage the customer onboarding process. * Responsible for test cycles, certifications, and documentation across various application environments/stages. Consequently, oversee application deployment during maintenance windows. * Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing systems, tools, and dashboards based on SQL queries, scripting, etc., to monitor infrastructure status and data from provisioning and inventory platforms. * Plan, direct, control, and execute all necessary coordination with various operators and internal departments to resolve integration incidents, performance issues, and data reconciliations across IT infrastructure databases.
