Job Summary: Ecolab is seeking an Application Engineer for its NW Light division, responsible for providing technical support, resolving issues, and assisting in the implementation of solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide contractual service and technical support to customers 2. Evaluate field issues and operate test equipment 3. Assist in preparing technical reports At **Ecolab**, we are seeking an **Application Engineer** for our **NW Light** division in **Córdoba**. **Primary Responsibilities**: * Provide contractual service and customer assistance with troubleshooting support related to the Company’s products / applications / solutions. * Support district sales personnel in handling the Company’s service program calls for existing products and services, and assist in corrective actions as appropriate. * Evaluate on-site field issues and operate required test equipment to restore systems to customer compliance. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services upon project request as needed to meet customer requirements. Services may include (but are not limited to) field surveys, installation checklists, and implementation assistance services. **Minimum Requirements**: * Advanced students or graduates in Chemical Engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Organizational and interpersonal communication skills. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience. **Location:** Córdoba Capital. **Our Commitment to an Inclusive and Belonging Culture** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of all employees and applicants, and to promoting equal employment opportunity principles.
