Collaborate with a creative marketing and design team **About the Role** Café Natalie Catering is looking for a skilled Web Developer to support and maintain multiple WordPress websites across our growing brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving site performance, and creating smooth, user\-friendly digital experiences. You’ll play an important role in keeping our websites fast, secure, visually polished, and fully functional while working closely with our internal marketing and design team on ongoing updates, improvements, and new features. **What You’ll Do** * Manage, update, and maintain multiple WordPress websites * Build and implement new website features, plugins, page updates, and custom functionality * Troubleshoot technical issues, layout problems, plugin conflicts, bugs, and compatibility errors * Optimize website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience * Support SEO\-related website improvements, including site structure, page speed, metadata, and technical best practices * Ensure all websites function properly across modern browsers, devices, and screen sizes * Perform routine updates for WordPress core, themes, plugins, and security patches * Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to implement visual updates and landing pages * Coordinate with external developers, vendors, or hosting support when needed * Maintain clean, reliable, and well\-organized website workflows **What We’re Looking For** * 2\+ years of experience in web development, front\-end development, or full\-stack development * Strong hands\-on experience with WordPress, including themes, plugins, page builders, and custom functionality * Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar WordPress builders * Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP * Ability to troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, bugs, and performance problems * Experience improving website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO performance * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain polished, high\-quality website pages * Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines * Strong problem\-solving skills and clear communication **Nice to Have** * Basic JavaScript experience * Familiarity with React, Vue, or other front\-end frameworks * Knowledge of hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, staging environments, and website security * Experience supporting marketing teams with landing pages, SEO updates, tracking codes, or conversion\-focused website improvements * Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Figma, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms **Why Join Us** This is a great opportunity to support a growing luxury hospitality and catering brand with multiple websites and ongoing digital projects.
