Summary: This role is for an Operational Stability team member responsible for maintaining and stabilizing critical physical security and video infrastructure, focusing on high availability and resilience. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives The team is responsible for stabilizing all newly migrated regional infrastructure and providing 24/7 operational support. This includes continuous system monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, and the immediate resolution of all user\-reported and infrastructure\-generated incidents. This document outlines the core responsibilities, challenges, and required mindset for a technical role within the Opstail (Operational Stability) Team. Our mission is to transform our critical physical security and video infrastructure from a reactive environment into a stable, highly available, and resilient platform. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Stabilize newly migrated regional infrastructure. * Perform continuous monitoring of critical systems and services. * Manage and resolve user\-reported incidents. * Respond to and remediate infrastructure\-triggered alerts and incidents. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational stability and high availability. * Hands\-on experience with deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of Azure infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS administration. * Fundamental understanding of IT security principles. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Operational mindset focused on stability and service reliability. **Work Conditions** ------------------- * **Fixed workweek:** Tuesday to Saturday * **Working hours:** Permanent shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **On\-call:** May be required based on operational needs
