Service Objective Procurement of specialized technical support services to execute the technology obsolescence replacement plan and large-scale operating system migration (Windows 10 to Windows 11\), including preparation, configuration, logistics, and administrative asset registration. 2\. Technical Scope and Operational Capacity The vendor must guarantee a human and technical resource structure capable of processing an average of 40 devices per day, fulfilling the following stages: 2\.1\. Configuration Lab (Staging) * Image Installation: Deployment of the Operating System (Windows 11\) using the Bank’s institutional tools. * Base Configuration: Installation of corporate software, security agents, profile configuration, and domain join. * Quality Assurance (QA): Verification of peripheral functionality and connectivity prior to dispatch. 2\.2\. Dispatch Preparation and Logistics * Packaging: Preparing devices for secure transportation, including labeling with destination and associated ticket number. * Dispatch: Coordination with courier/logistics for delivery to Banco Macro’s designated locations nationwide. 3\.
