With offices in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, we serve the local market with our team of over 150 engineers. **Job Description** **Activities:** Perform geometric evolution of assembly parts, aiming for compliance during the project development phase. Validate control methods, from project evaluation, dimensional analysis, repeatability and reproducibility assessments, and define necessary adjustments for proper functioning of the control method. Evaluate parts from different processes such as assembled components, mechanisms, glass, and plastic parts. Critically analyze causes of non-conformities, propose solutions jointly with suppliers and engineering teams. Summarize results from each analysis to report to the project team and drive corrective actions. Maintain continuous follow-up with engineering and suppliers regarding definition progress, try-out dates, viable deviations, and final changes in dimensions or tolerances. **Deliverables and Expected Results:** Analysis of control methods, including identification of critical points, proposed solutions, and tracking of implementation. Synthesis of data among engineering, suppliers, and the geometry team to ensure progress in the geometric evolution of each component. Proactive management of the geometric evolution progress for assigned components. Delivery of the product to factory quality at the end of the process. **Requirements** Mathematical model analysis \- Control method design \- Proficiency in Catia Knowledge of metrology principles, usage methods, and definition of reference points based on part or control method design. Knowledge of statistical process control \- SPC / TAG Analysis of inspection reports Understanding of production processes for plastics, glass, and detachable mechanisms. Teamwork and negotiation skills Ability to create summary reports of activities for each supplier validation meeting. **Additional Information** Availability to work in Córdoba in a hybrid arrangement.
