A better future? **\#WeAreLear** **What will you do?** * Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system based on IATF 16949; * Inform plant personnel about changes in the IATF 16949 standard or changes in Lear procedures; * Follow up and support the execution of external certification \& maintenance audits of the IATF 16949 standard and coordinate pre-audit activities; * Develop the audit schedule for system and process audits; * Provide support as an internal auditor to other plants upon request. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Completed degree in Production Engineering or related engineering fields; * Experience in the quality area within the automotive segment and certifications with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001; * Intermediate English (reading and writing skills); * Experience or knowledge of FORD requirements will be an advantage.
