We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Quality Manager to implement, maintain, and improve a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015.

A leading company providing point-of-sale activation services is looking for a Quality Manager to join its team.
We seek a dynamic, analytical, organized, and proactive candidate capable of taking on the challenge of supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System. Position Mission
Ensure the correct implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with the requirements established by the ISO 9001:2015 standard and internal quality objectives. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, review, and update QMS documentation: manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Manage and control documentation, ensuring its availability, traceability, and validity.
Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 standard.
Monitor quality indicators and KPIs.
Analyze information and propose improvement actions.
Manage and execute the internal audit plan and support external audits.
Track corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and quality incidents.
Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes.
Manage nonconformities and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
Promote an organizational culture oriented toward quality and continuous improvement.
Design and deliver training related to the QMS and the ISO 9001 standard.
Collaborate in preparing for external certification audits. Mandatory Requirements
Completed university or tertiary education in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Organization, or related fields.
Candidates currently completing their final courses may also be considered.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles managing Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001, preferably ISO 9001:2015.
Solid knowledge of document management, processes, indicators, and audits.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Proficient use of PowerPoint.
Experience creating and modifying flowcharts.
Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence tools in the workplace.
Preferably residing in the Northern Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) or areas near Villa de Mayo.
Availability to work fully on-site. Preferred Qualifications
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
Knowledge of other management standards, such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience using document management systems or QMS platforms.

**Workplace:** Villa de Mayo, Northern Zone of GBA.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
