We seek an **Operations Controlling , Senior Level** who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping in i SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) What will help you succeed: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). * 4–6 years of experience in external audit (Big Four) and/or technical accounting or financial reporting roles at multinational companies. * Strong working knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) with demonstrated ability to apply it to complex, multi\-element service arrangements. * Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). * Familiarity with IT service contract structures (T\&M, Fixed Price, SLA). * Experience with contract management or ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.). * Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus. * Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) — frequent interaction with global teams and external auditors.
