We are looking for a Transfer Specialist for the GBA area within our BPC business unit. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION • The main purpose of this position is to influence the improvement of sales and execution drivers through negotiation. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES WILL BE: • Visit, survey, and take orders at pharmacies and perfumeries via an app • Manage sales, distribution, and execution variables: Fc, coverage, shelf placement, product mix, must-stock items, etc. • Monitor and manage sales and execution dashboards • Exert influence • Make data-driven decisions and implement action plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: • Visit, survey, and take orders at assigned points of sale (POS) in your territory (pharmacies and perfumeries) • Influence the improvement of sales and execution drivers through negotiation • Advise trade partners on both business matters and various omnichannel model tools • Analyze and manage key KPIs • Monitor and manage sales and execution dashboards • Make data-driven decisions and implement action plans • Manage and lead plans with your territory’s most important customers. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE? • University graduate or soon-to-graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Leadership and teamwork skills • Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities • Analytical ability • Planning capability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Prior experience in similar roles is a plus • Valid driver’s license.
