Customer orientation, effective communication, and teamwork. **POSITION SUMMARY** Customer support for payroll settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of associated tasks, and serving as the designated direct point of contact with clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for executing on-cycle and off-cycle payroll settlements for assigned client(s), adhering to quality standards and scheduled timelines. * Responsible for updating procedural manuals assigned to their area. * Participation in daily meetings with leads for operational planning related to assigned clients. * Participation in weekly meetings with clients and leads for operational planning. * Managing tickets to resolve client questions and concerns, with support from leads. * Ensuring adherence to assigned working hours per the calendar. * Executing required control reports/validations. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Minimum 5 years of experience in this field or similar roles. * Specific knowledge and skills in Argentine Payroll (Income Tax, Digital Payroll Books, etc.). * SAP HCM proficiency (not mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills preferred. * Attitudes and competencies: Customer orientation, effective communication, excellent service attitude, teamwork, autonomy, and initiative. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud\-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
