With a presence across five continents, Prosegur currently has a team of more than 160,000 employees We are seeking a **Senior Management Control Analyst** to join the Controller department within the **Security** business unit. **Main objective of the position:** Provide comprehensive and collaborative support to business management by ensuring the analysis, control, and monitoring of key indicators that drive efficiency and continuous improvement in Security operations. The role involves working independently and proactively, producing strategic reports and presentations to support decision-making, optimizing the use of information, and contributing to the achievement of financial and operational goals. **Your main challenges will be:** Analyze and monitor the business's financial and operational performance through the development and tracking of KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities and continuous improvement. Develop and present executive reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring clear, accurate, and relevant information. Participate in the planning, preparation, and consolidation of the annual budget, as well as in its execution, control, and variance analysis (budget vs. actual). Optimize processes for collecting, validating, and consolidating data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Generate financial and management reports focused on profitability analysis, operational efficiency, and cost control. Provide analytical support to different internal departments, contributing key inputs for decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures, particularly regarding management systems and information security. Promote a high-performance culture, fostering collaboration, trust, and shared responsibility. **Required skills and qualifications:** +5 years of experience in management control, finance, or accounting areas. Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business understanding. Experience handling high volumes of data and working under pressure. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools (ERP, software, etc). Completed or near-completion university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
