Job Summary: Tecpetrol is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and implement the Mechanical Maintenance policy and optimize maintenance plans and programs. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and implementation of the Mechanical Maintenance policy. 2. Promotion of improvements in maintenance plans and programs. 3. Failure analysis and solution design. Tecpetrol seeks a **Mechanical/Electromechanical Technician or Mechanical Engineer** with 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Oil \& Gas industry to serve as **Maintenance Supervisor** at its operations in Neuquén. The position requires a **7x7 shift schedule at the Fortín de Piedra field**. Main responsibilities include: * Supervise/Implement the Mechanical Maintenance policy. * Meet sector performance indicators according to established objectives. * Promote improvements in maintenance plans and programs for optimization. * Monitor and execute contracted services on time and to quality standards. * Supervise work crews during preventive/corrective maintenance execution. Develop specific procedures and instructions for mechanical maintenance tasks. * **Requirements:** * Familiarity with Caterpillar G\-3600, Waukesha VHP / VGF gas engines is desirable. Jenbacher engine-generators are preferred. * Familiarity with multistage centrifugal pumps, progressive cavity pumps, reciprocating pumps, etc., is desirable. * Reciprocating compressors. * Experience managing personnel (directly and indirectly). * Teamwork orientation. * Failure analysis and solution design. * Knowledge of applicable standards: ISO / API / ANSI / ASME. Refrigeration circuits with screw compressors. Petroleum and water process pumps (centrifugal, multistage, positive displacement). * Development of field tests, new designs, and facility improvements. * Development of maintenance plans. * Maintenance scheduling. * Equipment and facility safety management systems. ***Information:*** Required education: Electromechanical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering Years of experience: Engineer and/or mechanical (electromechanical) technician with 5 years of experience in similar positions within the Oil \& Gas industry. Must possess specific competencies: Knowledge of gas and oil processing. Knowledge of applicable standards: ISO / API / ANSI / ASME. Failure analysis and solution design. Development of field tests, new designs, and facility improvements. Development of maintenance plans. Maintenance scheduling. Availability for a 7x7 shift schedule\.
