Your responsibilities:* In this position, the Service Engineer will be responsible for carrying out service and maintenance tasks on turbochargers, working both at company facilities and at customer sites. * The role provides specialized technical support, executing activities in accordance with Accelleron workflows, quality standards, and safety guidelines — ensuring superior customer experience and operational excellence. * Service Delivery: Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on\-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc. * Customer Approach: Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally. * Materials \& Supply: Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities. * Documents \& Reports: Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed. * Troubleshooting: Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and requests proactive corrective actions Troubleshoots equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. * Operational Excellence Proactively identifies suggestions for product and quality improvement and communicates them further in the Accelleron organization Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service. * Health, Safety and Integrity: Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities Reports unsafe practices and incidents. Your background: Education and Experience \-* Technical degrees in Mechanical, Automotive or related fields. * Preferable experience in maintenance and service of rotating machinery, engines, or turbocharging systems. * Preferable experience in mechanical assembly and disassembly, including the use of precision measuring instruments, hand tools, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, etc. * Preferably certified or experienced in lifting operations, overhead crane handling, and electric stacker operation, ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards. * Service\- and solution\-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Familiar with applicable safety regulations and standards. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Planner etc.). * Intermediate to advanced English * Availability for national and international travel to execute services and training * Driver's license: B.1 * Passport Core Competencies \-* Customer and results orientation. * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving approach. * Responsibility, autonomy, and commitment to safety. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proven capability to perform well under high work demand * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.
