International Trade and Supply Coordinator to lead imports/exports, optimize international logistics, and negotiate services.

**Position Title**: INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND SUPPLY COORDINATOR
**Location and Schedule:** Bucarelli 1169, CP1427, Parque Chas (CABA), Buenos Aires / Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM\.
**Job Description**: The International Trade Manager will execute and lead the company’s imports/exports, aiming for efficiency in international logistics, compliance with customs regulations, and negotiation with relevant service providers. Must be available for communication with overseas suppliers, accounting for time differences with Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
**Position Details:**
1\. Generate Purchase Orders.
(1\) Purchase tracking, shipment planning aligned with company needs and standard import timelines per supplier, proposing optimization strategies regarding quantities, space utilization, and operational timelines. Purchase budget tracking.
(2\) International payments (process, documentation upload, and payment execution)
2\. Product Costing
i) Import Coordination:
(1\) Import tracking from supplier order request (proforma) through arrival at the company’s warehouse.
(2\) Negotiation of international and domestic freight, warehousing, terminals, and tracking of all import-related costs.
3\. Communication and Coordination with Other Departments:
i) Internal: Ongoing interaction with various internal departments (Marketing / Finance / Warehouse)
ii) External: Regular contact with customs brokers and agents (documentation, certifications, agency procedures)
4\. Internal Operational Tasks (data entry into spreadsheets, system data input, routine price analysis, Siccnea notification tracking, etc)
**Position Requirements**
* Mandatory:
* Graduate or tertiary-level professional in International Trade, Customs Brokerage, or related field.
* Professional appearance and clear diction
* Experience in end-to-end merchandise import processes and negotiation with freight forwarders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and management systems
* Advanced written and spoken English
* Desirable:
* Knowledge of export operations (not mandatory)
* Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, business acumen, and autonomy in managing responsibilities.
* Experience in importing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Stated salary is gross.
