Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to participate in all stages of horizontal property and single-family housing projects, preparing and following up on graphic documentation. Key Points: 1. Preparation and follow-up of graphic documentation An architecture firm based in CABA has requested our assistance in recruiting an Architect, gender-neutral, to participate in the following project stages: preliminary sketches, architectural preliminary design, structural and installation preliminary design, and executive documentation for horizontal property and single-family housing projects. Functions and Responsibilities Prepare preliminary sketches and preliminary designs Conduct pre-feasibility studies for lots in CABA Prepare and follow up on all project graphic documentation Thoroughly analyze the entire project and propose solutions Comply with the firm’s internal processes, managing delivery deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously Requirements Graduated Architect Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project designer in single-family housing and horizontal property projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, and SketchUp Up-to-date knowledge of the Urban Code and Building Code (mandatory) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, at offices near Avda.
