Excellent work climate with a collaborative team 2. Growing projects Experienced Architect Summary We are looking for an Architect with at least 5 years of verifiable experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the executive supervision of construction works, reviewing and correcting technical and construction documentation, performing quantity take-offs and budgeting, and managing coordination and follow-up of construction works and suppliers. Responsibilities Construction site supervision Review and correction of executive and construction documentation. Quantity take-offs and budgeting. Coordination and follow-up with suppliers. Requirements Degree in Architecture. Proficiency in documentation software and budgeting tools (AutoCAD and SketchUp mandatory – Lumion, Illustrator, V-Ray preferred). Availability to maintain continuity in the position. Relevant work experience. Coverage of monotributo fees. Health insurance coverage under COBER – Plan Taylored. Travel allowances covered (in case of traveling by car, one monthly fuel tank is covered). Friday lunch provided by the company. Salary adjustments in March and October.
