Technical-economic analysis and schedule monitoring A leading construction and development company is currently seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to join its team and actively participate in the management and development of new projects. We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and holistic-profile professional who will act as a key liaison among the various stakeholders involved in each development. 🚀 What challenges await you? Coordinate and facilitate smooth interaction with architectural firms, designers, and other consultants Manage the lifecycle of new projects—from initial evaluation and negotiation through definition and implementation. Conduct comparative technical-economic analyses of proposals from architectural firms and suppliers, preparing reports to support decision-making. Plan, monitor, and update progress schedules, identifying and mitigating potential deviations. Collaborate with internal departments to track construction projects, ensuring technical alignment, adherence to deadlines, and execution quality. What are we looking for? - Graduated architect. - Proven experience in development companies managing civil works and/or architectural projects, preferably in the private sector. - Experience interacting with and negotiating with architectural firms, designers, and consultants. - Ability to perform comparative technical-economic analysis and schedule monitoring. - Proactive, organized profile with strong problem-solving orientation and excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Experience in budget management and cost control for construction projects. 🎁 What do we offer?
