We are looking for highly energetic, junior level financial professionals who are eager to build on their experience. This person will use their solid analytical ability and strong organizational skills to solve complex problems. The work will involve execution of engagement work streams that may be either qualitative or quantitative in nature, and responsibilities include: business process reviews, current state assessments, developing roadmaps to improve operations, compliance or control, assisting clients with technology enablement and dashboard reporting, financial and accounting reviews. **Responsibilities** * Work directly with senior professionals to execute various financial institution advisory projects related to financial risk management including credit risk, valuation, capital planning, and stress\-testing, liquidity, resolution planning, and model risk management. Functional areas of work encompass regulatory, risk and controls; finance and accounting; technology enablement; and business process optimization. * Works on data intensive projects, including analytics, governance, and manipulation, to support a variety of financial risk initiatives. * Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data. * Generate client deliverables and make valuable contributions to expert reports * Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions. * Prioritize assignments and responsibilities in order to meet goals and deadlines. **Required Skills \& Competencies** * Strong work quality and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail * Clear and effective communication skills, with strong written and spoken English * Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver work within deadlines * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain structured work papers and documentation * Demonstrates ownership and accountability for deliverables * Commitment to meeting administrative and compliance requirements * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Proven experience working in an analytical role in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Consulting or related industry * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to produce clear, professional outputs **Profile** * Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Interest in financial services, consulting, and regulatory compliance * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment **About BRG** BRG combines world\-leading academic credentials with world\-tested business expertise and purpose\-built emerging technologies.
