Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel Accounting Analyst Position Summary We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with solid experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to independently and collaboratively manage assigned responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform reconciliation, recording, and comprehensive analysis of accounting ledgers. Manage fixed asset acquisitions and amortization. Prepare journal entries related to salaries, taxes, foreign exchange differences, and holding gains/losses. Prepare reports for tax settlements (VAT, Gross Income Tax, SICORE, withholdings/retentions, Income Tax, and Multilateral Agreement). Monitor pre-settlements and due dates. Analyze costs, profitability, stock valuation, and inventories. Prepare monthly financial reports for management. Participate in external audit working papers. Administrative/accounting support tasks: account analysis and reconciliation, development of control mechanisms based on tracking spreadsheets; bank reconciliations, etc. Requirements Certified Public Accountant or advanced student in a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Bejerman or similar systems is preferred). Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Analytical, methodical, organized, committed, results-oriented, and team-focused profile. Full-time availability.
