The role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing clear, efficient, and standardized enrollment processes, ensuring simple and agile management for members while complying with current regulations. Additionally, the role will foster a culture of continuous improvement by automating, documenting, and monitoring operational workflows—strengthening process robustness, traceability, and data quality for operations and decision-making. Core responsibilities include: Developing, documenting, and standardizing processes related to member onboarding, modifications, cancellations, and data maintenance—ensuring operational clarity and regulatory compliance. Designing and implementing management indicators (KPIs) to monitor departmental performance, identify deviations, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Leading continuous improvement initiatives, prioritizing operational efficiency, data quality, and error reduction. Proposing and implementing operational controls to optimize process traceability and reliability. Collaborating in the adoption of technological tools, automating tasks and improving information integration across systems. Preparing reports providing relevant information for departmental management and strategic decision-making. Providing internal customer support and assistance. Contributing to enhancing the member experience. Requirements: Academic background: Business Administration, Industrial Organization, or Information Management (Mandatory). Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools. Knowledge of the Social Health Insurance Enrollment sector (Desirable). MicroStrategy proficiency (Desirable). Salesforce CRM proficiency (Desirable).
