Summary: Seeking a Functional Tester for the Collections area to design and execute test cases, collaborate with various teams, and ensure software quality within an agile environment. Highlights: 1. Ensure best testing practices and compliance with software quality standards We are looking for a **Functional Tester** profile for the Collections area, working under Scrum methodology on the construction or reengineering of components for the different modules of systems or applications that require it. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute test cases * Perform white box testing * Collaborate with functional analysis teams, PO, Developers and other technical departments to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements * Ensure best testing practices and compliance with software quality standards * Participate in the planning and design of new features, contributing ideas and improvements to system functionalities **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in functional testing * Proficiency in PLSQL or SQL, executing queries in the database and reading stored procedure codes * Knowledge of testing large volumes of data * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Capability to identify and debug complex software issues * Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team with functional analysts, developers and other testers * Expertise in Defect Management, Requirements Analysis and Testing, SQL Databases * Competency in Test Design Techniques and Test strategy * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Knowledge of stress testing and automated testing * Familiarity with Agile and Atlassian Jira * Skills in Test Estimations **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
