The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and high\-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders. **Tasks and responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Collect, review, and consolidate payroll input data for submission to the payroll vendor (including new hires, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, salary adjustments, etc.). * Reconcile payroll before transmission and validate finalized reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Manage payroll queries and ensure timely responses; coordinate with vendors, HR Business Partners, and escalate issues to the Head of Payroll LATAM when necessary. * Collaborate closely with the payroll vendor, HR BPs, and cross\-functional teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality payroll operations. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices in payroll processing. **Requirements** ---------------- **Required** ------------ * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in Payroll. * **Advanced English** proficiency. * **Advanced MS Excel** skills (functions, pivot tables, data analysis tools, macros). * **Experience in LATAM countries.**
