Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Finance Analyst to support administration, financial control, financial analysis, and information management, contributing to decision-making and ensuring data quality. Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects **Position Title:**Finance Analyst **Position Type:** Regular \- Full\-Time **Requisition ID:** 43496 We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented professional to support administrative, financial control, financial analysis, and information management processes, collaborating in decision-making and ensuring the quality and reliability of business data and processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor financial, administrative, and operational information. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Perform reconciliations and account follow-up. * Participate in monthly closing processes and results analysis. * Manage and validate information in management systems. * Identify deviations, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with various company departments to ensure accurate recording and analysis of information. * Generate ad hoc analyses to support decision-making. * Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization projects. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:30; Friday, 8:00–14:00 **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid – Mar del Plata and Balcarce Plant (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) **Geographic Location:** Balcarce / Mar del Plata **Requirements** * Completed university degree in Public Accounting | Business Administration | Economics | or related fields * 1–2 years’ experience as a Finance Analyst and/or in administrative functions * Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills * SAP experience (preferred) * Strong understanding of financial concepts and statements * Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) food industry (preferred) * Advanced English (preferred) *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
