Our function is to support them with financial analysis, control, and judgment to make intelligent, informed decisions that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.** **What you’ll do:** As a Finance Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the business’s financial operations. You will execute financial and accounting processes accurately, support budgetary control and monthly close activities, and contribute analytical insights to understand financial performance and identify risks or opportunities. You will work with increased autonomy, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and collaborate across functions to ensure reliable information, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, professional judgment, and a strong internal service orientation. **Key responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and record financial and accounting information timely and accurately. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and following up on their resolution. * Support the monthly close process by preparing reports, accruals, provisions, and variance analyses. * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, contributing to effective cash flow management. * Participate in billing processes, document validation, and compliance with tax and administrative requirements. * Prepare periodic financial reports and basic performance analyses to support decision\-making. * Identify risks, inconsistencies, or budget variances and escalate them promptly. * Maintain organized, reliable, and accessible information for internal or external audits and reviews. * Support budget preparation, tracking, and control, as well as forecasts and expense reporting. * Contribute to profitability analysis, financial performance assessment, and efficient resource utilization. * Respond promptly to requests, maintaining clear, professional, solution\-oriented communication. * Share relevant information and best practices to strengthen team work quality. **Experience that contributes to success:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Mid\-level professional experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or related areas. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with ERPs and financial reporting tools is a plus. * Knowledge of closing processes, reconciliations, budgetary control, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Ability to work accurately, prioritize multiple requests, and collaborate effectively across teams. **\#LI\-CZ1** **You belong at Burson:** Our vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
