In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning, coordination, control, and improvement of all processes involved in the supply chain—from suppliers to customers. Your mission will be to support supply chain management by serving as the liaison between internal stakeholders and our warehouse and last-mile logistics operators. If you identify with these traits, the following challenges await you: Monitor and analyze stock levels across distribution centers and stores, tracking stockouts to ensure product availability. Coordinate product replenishment according to demand and seasonal events, optimizing delivery and restocking timelines. Collaborate with suppliers by monitoring their performance indicators and proposing improvements. Analyze consumption data, seasonality, and days of inventory, generating reports that identify improvement opportunities. Work collaboratively with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics teams to optimize transportation, storage, and communication processes with warehouses. Requirements: For this role, we require that you: Be an advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles in logistics, procurement, or supply chain—preferably within retail or mass-consumption companies. Possess intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Be available to undertake monthly business trips (1–2 days) to distribution centers for monthly audits, as well as for implementing logistics projects across the company’s various regions. Additionally, we value candidates who: Have experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI. Possess basic AutoCAD knowledge.
