### **About the role** As a Coupa Functional Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting and maintaining the Coupa system, ensuring smooth operation of procurement and sourcing processes. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to guarantee seamless process execution. ### **In this role, you will:** * Provide functional support for all tasks related to the procurement cycle within Coupa. * Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and requests promptly. * Participate in configuration activities and functional adjustments within Coupa. * Document processes and develop training materials for end\-users. * Deliver training sessions for end\-users and suppliers on Coupa functionalities. ### **Work model** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
