Opportunity for professional development A prominent company located in San Antonio de Areco, Buenos Aires, is currently seeking a Logistics Administrator. The primary function of this role is to execute activities related to distribution and transportation processes. Responsibilities include: - Preparing route sheets for distribution, considering zone, schedules, and fleet capacity. - Daily contact with the sales department. - Attending to internal customers and resolving inquiries. - Preparing order notes for picking. - Planning customer deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requirements. - Monitoring transportation billing. - Reviewing documentation submitted by drivers and/or transport providers. - Coordinating pickups from various suppliers. - Coordinating and tracking deliveries with various transport providers. - Monitoring drivers — Satellite Logistics Control. - Generating weekly delivery reports. - Calculating transportation costs for owned and third-party fleets. Requirements: We seek candidates with a proactive attitude, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, analytical capability, process orientation, and flexibility to perform the described tasks.
