Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI agents, develop robust APIs, implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and optimize models for end-to-end solutions in the healthcare sector. Key Highlights: 1. Design and build autonomous AI agents using cutting-edge frameworks. 2. Develop end-to-end AI solutions and integrate new tools. 3. Support internal teams in AI adoption and provide technical mentorship. Design and build autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain to solve business problems. Develop robust APIs and backends that integrate AI models, lakehouse data, and external systems. Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using company data to improve LLM accuracy. Optimize prompts and fine\-tune models according to the company's specific requirements. **Build end\-to\-end solutions:** architectural design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Support internal teams in adopting AI solutions, providing technical mentorship and resolving questions. Evaluate and integrate new AI tools (models, frameworks, and accelerators). Requirements **Professional experience:** 3–4 years in backend / full\-stack development. **Languages:** Python (expert level) and/or Node.js. **AI frameworks:** LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent, with hands-on experience building agents. **REST and GraphQL APIs:** design and implementation of robust APIs. **Databases:** SQL and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus). **Cloud platforms:** AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or Google Cloud / Azure. **Version control:** Git / GitHub / GitLab. **Technical curiosity and innovation:** genuine interest in staying at the forefront of the AI ecosystem — new models, agent frameworks, RAG techniques, or development accelerators — and incorporating code assistants and productivity tools into your workflow to enhance development speed and quality. Desirable Technical Requirements Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models). Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Orchestration of complex agents. Advanced prompt engineering. Docker / Kubernetes. CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Experience in health\-tech or fintech companies. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.
