The purpose of this role is to ensure equipment and process reliability, guaranteeing uninterrupted, fault-free operation while driving improvements that maximize performance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Analyzing mechanical failures and conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to define corrective actions. * Leading improvement and CAPEX projects, including technical definition, procurement, and execution. * Proposing and implementing system and equipment improvements to optimize operations. * Managing technical asset information (drawings, manuals, materials) in SAP. * Administering maintenance procedures and technical documentation. * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during work execution. * Tracking purchase orders and related service orders under their management.
