Strengthening of strategic relationships with partners and sales channels Lead and direct the comprehensive insurance product marketing strategy across Grupo Comafi, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and continuous evolution. Responsible for leading the Insurance team, defining the business vision, driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring budget compliance, and strengthening strategic relationships with sales channels, insurance companies, and key partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Insurance team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performance environment and professional growth. * Define and implement the Group-level insurance commercial strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and identifying opportunities to improve existing products and launch new offerings. * Ensure budget compliance for the area by monitoring key business KPIs, overseeing commission structures, incentive plans, and commercial campaigns. * Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with insurance companies, partners, and suppliers, negotiating commercial terms and promoting business expansion. * Manage relationships with sales channels (Corporate, SMEs, branches, call center, and digital channels), ensuring ongoing training and correct implementation of commercial strategies. * Analyze the bancassurance market, researching trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to anticipate scenarios and define action plans. * Collaborate with Technology and Product teams in developing solutions on bank platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and operational efficiency. ###### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Actuarial Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA (desirable). * +8/10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with focus on commercial areas and business development. * Proven experience in leadership roles. * Track record in defining and implementing commercial strategies and P\&L management. * Experience negotiating with insurance companies, brokers, and/or strategic partners. * Knowledge of managing multiple sales channels (branches, digital channels, call center, B2B). ###### **Benefits** * **Hybrid work model**. * **Corporate benefits** designed to support you in your daily life. * **Professional development opportunities** within the Group. * **Continuous training** through formal programs and an e\-learning platform to accelerate your growth.
