With our One UPS advantage and comprehensive service portfolio, including Polar Speed's in\-network pharmacies, we are optimally positioned to keep our clients competitive in an increasingly complex market. **Job Summary** Supervise the Buenos Aires Branch Operations. This includes Marken office, agent, Carrier and supplier relationships and contracts. Will work in conjunction with all Marken operated branches, CTD, Commercial teams and established network. Collaboration with Administration ensuring correct and updated information in Maestro for the billing closing process. Ensure compliance with the team and with own training and knowledge, not only of the function itself but also of the virgin and new services. Responsible for ensuring targeted company goals relating to KPI´s, On Time Performance, Maestro Compliance and CAPA Management. Working with Quality Team to assure GDP, Trainings and Regulatory Compliance. **Main roles and responsibilities** Lead the Export Department. Train staff to provide a high level of service. Provide complete guidance and knowledge of new processes, in a group and individual manner to meet the goals. Manage, supervise, provide technical support, and evaluate your staff. Ensure shipments are handled according to customer requirements. Ensure high performance service delivered to both external and internal customers. Encourage the team to delight clients and receive in writing recognition of the grate job delivered, ensuring that they meet customer expectations. Control and monitoring the performance process operation. Identify the inefficiencies of the processes. Analyze and purpose solutions and follow up the evolution of the same individually and with the team. Supervise the communication process and Key Accounts execution services. Evaluate growth and perform analysis focused on service process improvement. Communicate, as applicable, any situation with operation impact, through local, regional, and global areas to coordinate actions to avoid further issues/inconvenience. Coordinate and hold the necessary meetings until the situation is under control. Perform analysis of statistics or other data to determine the level of service that is being provided to your local and global customers. Handle customer complaints or major incidents when it escalates. Investigate with the teams and resolve internal or external customer issues if necessary and notify QA of issues – CAPA. Giving support to the employees designed as Investigators lead to ensure QA metrics, rising issues within 24 hs and completing investigations on time. Also comply and support ensuring training metrics. Supervise the teams to ensure compliance with activities related Maestro updates granting OTP, POD, POB metrics and milestones accordingly with the SOPs. Maintain fluent communication with other area leaders to discuss possible improvements and new projects. Raise the analysis related savings or improvement operations to your manager and/or Director for evaluation and authorization prior to implementation. Be involved in hiring staff for your team. Generate teams’ engagement giving more details related new Marken products and services and the impact that the failure may cause during the operations performance. Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. Communicate to your employer, ART, or the Superintendence of Occupational Risks (SRT) any dangerous situation related to the job or establishment in general. Participate in training activities on occupational health and safety. Wear the personal protection elements provided correctly. Comply with the performance of periodic medical examinations. Report to your employer or ART the work accidents or occupational diseases you suffer. Report immediately any incident or event that may affect the health or safety of people. Comply with the EHS guidelines indicated by the organization. Actively collaborate so that the established objectives and goals of health and safety at work are met. **Overview** 1\.
