Coordinate the team and its tasks, allocating resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. Ensure appropriate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Supervisor regarding team performance. Support the Store Supervisor in executing the store’s administrative processes (inventory management/loss control/invoicing/human resources/maintenance). Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, safety, and order standards. Support the Store Supervisor in the professional development of team members. **Qualifications** What will you bring? Proven experience in similar roles leading work teams. Proficiency with Office suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google applications. Action-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and foster trust.
