We seek a candidate with strong operational and management capabilities to lead a frozen food production plant in Mar del Plata. Main Responsibilities: • Plan and supervise the entire production process (from raw materials to finished product). • Maintain smooth communication with various departments to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance. • Guarantee food safety standards and optimize operational efficiency indicators. • Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials. • Support and supervise plant personnel, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Proven experience in food production plants with team leadership experience (mandatory). • Profile: Organized, solution-oriented, with holistic process vision and excellent interpersonal skills.
